), I have been trying for the past two days to get the new Sea Venom.
My download starts OK at a resonable speed but slows to halt at some stage (often 14% or 65%) then 'auto-completes' telling me it has finished. I end up with 4 mb file instead of a 8.8 mb file.
A few weeks ago I had no problems here, but now both IE7 and Firefox 3.1 give the same result. As I type, it looks like this attempt (about number 20) is stuck at 17%! I have tried some other files with the same result. I checked out FS.com and DL a larger file there today, with no problems at all.
Because of the 'pop-up' method that you use here, I cannot even use a DL manager that at least would allow me to resume the DL. For the record, I sometimes cannot get a file from Simviation (no idea why), but that normally does not start! This snag is driving me potty!!
