The aircraft config. for my Tinmouse.

The BA Red Tail isn't showing up,I just get a black screen,the original
Southwest textures are working though.

Here's the relevant,see if you can spot what's stopping it:

The line "sim=737-200adv" should refer to the flight dynamics file. My Tinmouse folder has a file named "737-200adv" which Vista annoyingly thinks is an installer package.

You can only have one of these per aircraft so if your Southwest aircraft shows up you must have a flight file named "7372".

Where and when did you get your Southwest aircraft? Dis it come from the Tinmouse site or have you got one that someone has played with?

The cfg wording for the BA red tail looks like it was intended for FSX with these lines included

ui_typerole="Commercial Airliner"
ui_createdby="Tinmouse"

Should work in FS9 though.

Pretty sure I got it from our file library Jon.

I'd forgotten I'd got it and not installed it actually.

Funny you mention the "7372" bit,I had to change it to that from "B7372" to get it to appear at all.
Is it worth changing that "737-200adv"line to "7372" do you think?

That will only work if the .air file is named "737-200adv". It should work if you change the .cfg file so the BA section reads Sim=7372.

From what you said it looks like you've got an .air file named "7372" which I don't think is normal for the Tinmouse 737-200.



This is my FS9 Tinmouse folder the .air file is the one named "737-200adv" which Windows has labelled an installer package. In the aircraft.cfg the line "Sim=........" must have the same name as the .air file. I don't think you can have more than one .air file per folder.

Just had a look,the air file is named 7372

I thought it must be because you could see the Southwest aircraft which said Sim=7372.

OOPS. Yes it is. I'd forgotten there was an alternative.

Have you tried changing the Sim= line in the BA section to read 7372? That should work.

Tried changing that line,it didn't play ball.

I think the problem is that I have the Vistaliners kite and I'm trying to put in a
paint for the Tinmouse version(doh)

No wonder it won't bloody well work
