One of my favourite aircraft when I used FS2004 was Derek Palmers wonderful DH 104 Dove. Is there any chance it will be available for modified FSX.

You could try asking over at CBFS www.cbfsim.org/CBFS_HOME.php Derek is a regular there.

I'd be surprised if the answer is yes.

Have you tried installing it in FSX? A lot of aircraft work quite well although the textures are usually a little slower to load. Some aircraft have minor problems which you can live with but some unfortunately don't work, especially if they use old gauges.

It is possible to convert the old .gau gauges files to xml, using the same bitmaps, so they can be used in FSX.
I have done it a few times when nothing else was available for special gauges.
It´s a lot of fiddling with the bitmaps and also writing new xml-files, but can be done.

Yeah, I tried this beautiful model in FSX and the pop up gauges appeared without the rest of the aircraft!

I'm sticking to FS9 just so I can continue to fly this Dove!

That looked to be another gem in the WIP shots of it(about 5 years ago).
