Its a prefect.. we had the single and the dual slingsby out that day, the dual was flying at that moment... with the single a guy from the club made a new record: 1 hour and 20 minutes up...
and yes we have a baby too promise to make a shot from that one... and I will put the turttle on a ASK 21
and yes the last one is a Schleicher allready... privately owned and top notch restored
Holy moly,I didn't realise the 'drome was Soester,it really does look quiet
these days.
Ah,of course,a Prefect.
I knew it was a Slingsby, but just what Slingsby was the baffler.
Edgeler would've known. He's had his bum in quite a few when he wer a lad
with the ATC.
I guessed the Ka6e was a German design, very much in the vein of
the oh-so-beautiful pre-war Mowe,etc.

Loverly photos Jan - makes me jealous
However, too many gauges in that glider for me (although I like the piece of string !) - I'd prefer to be in the 'tow-truck - ah! a classy looking aircraft
Cheers

most of the gauges have to do with lift: two variometers and a G-meter (to the right)... the LCD-screen on the left is connected to the switchbox right to it.. thats the main variometer. Besides that we have transponder fitted. Its mandatory in the Netherlands. But Dutchmill filters all small aviation from their radarscreens and even sometimes switches all small aviation off, due to a lack of computerpower... and there is of course the com's to chatter with our sweet little yellow tower...
promise to make a picture of the older cockpits as well....
