It certainly sounds a lot different than I expected too.

We've heard the sounds of the DB601/605 series in the 109's and that's
what you expect the 190A/F series to sound like going on the performance of
a 109.

Seems so strange to hear a popping radial go that fast in that airframe.
As has been stated many times in many places,close attention was paid
by Kurt Tank in getting the cowling right to eliminate the drag caused
by a radial engine.

It must've taken the Luftwaffe pilots by surprise too upon seeing the
performance of the thing,they were more used to the 109/DB series
than us lot
